I’ve taken some time over the last few days to focus on my novel and other short stories, but as a result I end up feeling guilty that I haven’t done enough drawing.
So I took a few hours out today to have a play with Procreate and made some new illustrations that I’m thinking of using for my own children’s board book. The mushrooms are part of a story about a journey through the woods and what the children find along the way, I wanted to try and show as many species of mushroom as I could (there are loads!j
I also put together a new gerbera with water droplets. I really enjoy using this style and paying close attention to the drops, trying to give them volume in a 2D drawing,
