Children’s book drawings

I seem to have a thousand things on my list of creativity at the moment. But one of the things I really wanted to try was a Kawaii moth.

I love the colours available to me when drawing in a Kawaii style, but I’m new to the genre so I still have a lot to learn.

This was my first try and I basically used every colour available to me and I love the little guy. He has character and charm and I can imagine others in the series just using different colour ways.

I’m going to start another one soon and take in to account the mistakes I made with this one, so hopefully I’ll end up with a more polished result next time.
